Environmental Engineer & Sustainability Consultant | London, UKGizem is an environmental engineer and sustainability consultant with a background in engineering, business development, and climate action. After completing her MBA in Amsterdam, she shifted her focus to sustainability following the 2021 Mediterranean wildfires. A Terra.do Fellow and WELL Accredited Professional, she facilitates climate education workshops and advises sustainability-focused startups in the built environment.
As the host of Saving Planet A, a podcast exploring careers in sustainability, and an active member of the Collective for Climate Action, a network of 1,500+ UK public sector workers, Gizem supports individuals and organisations in embedding climate action into their work. As a REGENASYST Facilitation Partner, she helps teams navigate complex sustainability challenges through systems thinking, education, and collaborative problem-solving.
Kate Smith
Leadership Coach & Facilitator | Cheshire, UKKate is a qualified Executive coach and experienced leadership consultant and facilitator. Kate takes a regenerative approach to leadership and team development – focusing on helping people to reconnect with themselves, with others and the ecosystem they work within, in order to create an environment full of trust, collaboration and passion. She specialises in enabling long term positive change by helping people to identify unhelpful habits, beliefs and behaviours and create new ones through experiential group learning and 1:1 coaching.

Regenerative Business Designer & Sustainability Consultant | London, UKKhandiz is a Chartered Environmentalist, systems designer and the founder and designer of the REGENASYST methodology and games. She brings a creative and structured approach to helping organisations understand complexity, challenge assumptions, and make better decisions.
Her consultancy practice spans impact measurement, stakeholder engagement, ESG content, greenwashing reviews, and systems mapping. With a background in the arts and applied sustainability, she bridges the gap between vision and operations—making systemic change actionable.
