1. Eligibility
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms. Affiliates must meet the following criteria:

- Have a valid website or social media presence related to our sustainable business consulting, change management or leadership coaching.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission based on successful referrals. Commissions are calculated as follows:
- 10% for each sale generated through your unique affiliate link.
3. Cookie Duration
Affiliate cookies will remain valid for 30 days after a user clicks the referral link.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:
- Spamming or using misleading marketing tactics.
- Promoting illegal content.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
5. Promotional Guidelines
- Approved channels: your personal or business website, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X.
- Restrictions: No bidding on branded keywords.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation for:
- Violation of terms.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Inactivity.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use our brand assets (logos, trademarks) only with permission.
8. Disclosure
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with us when promoting products.
9. Tracking and Reporting
- Affiliates will receive unique tracking links.
- Access performance reports through our affiliate dashboard.
10. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from their marketing efforts.
