We’re thrilled that you’re using our REGENASYST® X Sarah Spencer (Think Like A Tree/Think Like A Forest) game, Unstuck in the Mud. Unlike our other toolkits, this game has unique licensing terms, as it is specifically designed for consultants and coaches, not for direct use by businesses. Before you get started, we’d like to share a few simple guidelines on how to use these resources. These terms are in place to ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone, so please take a moment to read them. 1. What Do We Mean by These Terms?

Let’s make sure we’re all on the same page:

  • Action Packs: These are toolkits that include game materials, worksheet and workout templates, guides, and other resources to help you create meaningful change.
  • Games: These are the specific activities and exercises included in an Action Pack—or provided separately—that help a team strategise, ideate, or achieve a specific organisational outcome or objective. They’re designed to support a regenerative approach to business.
  • Licence: When you buy or download our products, you’re getting a licence to use them under specific conditions—not ownership of the materials themselves.

2. How Can You Use Our Products?

  • The licence for a game belongs to you (unlike our other games, where the licence sits with end user).
  • You have full flexibility in how you charge for the session in your client quotes. You can:
    • Absorb the cost yourself.
    • Charge the client a fee for the session that’s redeemable if they decide to work with you
    • Charge a stand alone session fee.
  • You’re not required to reprint game materials each time you deliver the session

3. Be Creative—But Stay True

We encourage you to adapt how you facilitate or apply our tool to suit your needs. For example:

  • Feel free to use other Living Systems frameworks alongside or in place of the 12 Regenerative Strands supplied with the Action Pack (using appropriate attributions).
  • However, please don’t alter or modify the actual content of the materials (e.g., rebranding or editing) without getting written permission from us first.

4. Play Fair

To keep things fair for everyone:

  • Don’t share or distribute the game without permission.
  • Don’t change the content of the materials unless we’ve agreed in writing.
  • Only use the game for their intended purpose—to support regeneration and positive impact.

5. Who Owns What?

The Action Pack, game, and its contents remain the property of REGENASYST® X Sarah Spencer and the materials are protected by copyright law and registered design frameworks and trademarks (REGENASYST™). When you buy or download it, you’re getting a licence to use it—not ownership.

6. Refunds

If something goes wrong with your purchase, we’ve got your back! Refunds are available under specific circumstances:

  • If there’s an issue with downloading the product.
  • If the product doesn’t match its description.
  • If we accidentally sent you the wrong product.

7. Warranties

We promise that:

  • Our digital products will be of good quality and match their description.
  • Your licence will be valid and free from any hidden restrictions.
  • We have the right to supply these products under a licence.

8. What Happens if You Stop Using Our Products?

If you decide not to use our game anymore—or if your licence ends for any reason—please recycle any physical materials responsibly. Consulting partner discounts will also stop once your subscription ends.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

We hope it never comes to this, but if there’s a disagreement about these terms, it will be resolved under English law in a court located in England (as outlined in our full Terms & Conditions here).

10. How Do These Terms Fit With Our Full T&Cs?

These licensing terms are part of our broader Terms & Conditions [here]. If there’s ever a conflict between these licensing terms and the full T&Cs, the T&Cs will take priority.
